The wine is racy with Granny Smith apple, grapefruit, and Asian pear flavors with a lovely bouquet of white flower and hibiscus. The cool climate at the base of Dry Creek Valley preserves lots of natural acidity which we temper by aging part of the wine in Acacia Wood Barrels. The result is an incredibly refreshing and complex Sauvignon Blanc that is turning the heads of whoever gets to taste it. This wine is perennially racy making it a solid pairing with fattier dishes. It can also be enjoyed alongside a kale salad with goat cheese and raspberries, lemon chicken kebabs, or smoked salmon.

Perfumed, with jasmine and orange blossom notes up front, followed by an intense, vibrant mix of flavors, from dried pineapple and mango to white peach and citrus. Harmonious on the long, intense finish, where an appealing note of matcha green tea kicks in. Drink now. 300 cases made.

The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc Fig Tree Vineyard was aged for seven months in a combination of French oak and acacia barrels. Notes of yellow plum and white flowers on the nose are followed by a soft texture up front and salty, pithy lemon citrus on the finish. Drink this over the next year or two.
