Medium amber in appearance. Intense aromas of spiced pear and orange zest rising atop hints of comb honey and crème brûlée. Lusciously sweet with rich sultana raisin tones up front. Lavish flavours of orange marmalade and fresh fig in the middle. This cornucopia of fruit is drawn through by a piercing seam of acidity into a concentrated, lingering finish of dried dates and apricots. Pairs well with Lobster terrine, pâté, foîe gras, Gorgonzola or Stilton, toasted nuts, dried fruit Dessert Crème brûlée, mince pie, baklava, biscotti, panforte.

Thick, concentrated flavors of apricot marmalade, papaya and tangerine dive deep down into the core. This fruit-driven flavor riot is amply annotated by a lush seam of caramel, and the flavors go on and on. One half size bottle will happily serve 4-to-6 sweet tooths.
