A deeper shade of ruby although fully transparent, the 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo reveals a hint of blue fruit followed by more sapidity and flowers coming through in its floral and fruit notes, including wild mixed berries. These 2022s are a touch more grounded in nature in this vintage, with more grip and gravitas as well as more glycerol depth, but this wine is still fresh, with ripe tannins and notes of black tea. There shouldn't be any rush to drink this now, since it's going to develop some real character over the next several years.

The 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo is a pretty, ethereal wine to drink now and over the next few years. Sweet red fruit, mint, spice and chalk lend notable aromatic brightness. Thee 2022 feels a bit light and lacking in the mid-palate, as so many wines are in this vintage.
