Expression is the premier cuvée of this excellent estate! It is a wine that shows the beautiful ripe fruit aromas one expects to get from the village of Cumières, along with floral nuances and flavors of pear, Meyer lemon, and toasted brioche. The grapes are gathered thorugh manual harvesting and sent to a traditional Coquard wine press. Plot-by-plot vinification in temperature-controlled enamelled steel vats are used, and the wine spends at least 40 months on its lees before release!

A fresh and floral Champagne, with a lacy mousse and a lively mix of cherry, blood orange peel, toast point and candied ginger, underscored by minerally chalk and oyster shell notes. Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Disgorged January 2023. Drink now. 750 cases imported.
