More savory than sweet, the 2022 II Bianco La Segreta opens with notions of flowery undergrowth, wet stones and green apple. It's round and supple with notes of sour melon and saline mineral tones that add a more tactile feel toward the close. This finishes with the lingering tension of raw almonds and inner florals. Ultimately, I find myself craving more energy.
